CAUSEY-FARM-SOUP-RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 3 onions
  • 2 leeks
  • 5 carrots
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 7 potatoes
  • 1 tblsp boullion (veg stock base)
  • Salt/pepper
  • A drop of milk (or cream if you prefer)

Method

  • Melt butter.
  • Chop onions and leeks and simmer in melted butter in pot with lid on top for 20 minutes.
  • Then add rest of vegetables and bullion on and a small amount of water and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Add water, whizz with food processor and ENJOY!!
